Once warmer weather approaches I encourage you to go outside for walks, runs, or bike walks. Please do this safely to ensure not to injure yourself.
Remember change starts with just taking a small step. Start easy and push yourself at your own pace.
I challenge you to workout 30-60 minutes a day and see how great you will feel. According to the CDC (2021), Children and adolescents ages 6 through 17 years should do 60 minutes (1 hour) or more of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity daily. You got this. Remember some form of activity can really help improve your mood which something we all need especially during these times.
